The basics
What is VEUGA, in one sentence?
A marketing department made of AI agents: you give it a URL, a CMO agent studies your business and sets the strategy, then nine specialist agents produce the actual assets — content, social posts, video scripts, emails, ads, PR materials and a measurement plan.
How is VEUGA different from asking ChatGPT for a marketing plan?
A single model asked to do everything gives shallow, generic output. VEUGA splits the work: a CMO agent that reasons about strategy, and specialists that go deep on one job each. The CMO then synthesizes and prioritizes — the part a raw chatbot can't do well. You also get real, editable assets, not a wall of chat text.
What do I actually get from one run?
A full department's output: your positioning and audience, a primary goal with reasoning, SEO keyword clusters, publishable content assets, platform-native social posts, short-form video scripts, an email nurture sequence, paid-ad campaigns and creative, PR materials, a measurement plan, and a prioritized 30-day plan tying it together.
How long does a run take?
A few minutes. Nine agents run in sequence, so it takes longer than a single chatbot reply — but you get a complete department's work back in one session, not days.
Who is VEUGA built for?
Founders and small teams running their own growth without an agency budget — especially people shipping software and AI products who need a marketing function they don't have time to staff.
Do I need marketing experience to use it?
No. That's the point. The CMO agent makes the strategic calls and explains its reasoning, and every asset comes ready to use. You do need to review and publish — VEUGA does the work, you stay in control.
The agents
Which agents are live?
All of them. Nine agents are live now: CMO, SEO, Content, Social, Video, Email, Ads, PR and Measurement. The full department runs on every URL you give it.
What does the CMO agent actually do?
It reads your site, works out your positioning, audience and primary goal, then briefs every specialist so they're all working toward the same objective. Afterwards it synthesizes their output into a single ranked 30-day plan. It's the difference between nine disconnected tools and one coordinated department.
Does the Video agent make actual videos?
No — and we're upfront about that. It produces complete, ready-to-shoot concepts: the hook, a shot-by-shot script, on-screen text, captions and audio direction. You film it, or feed the script into your own video tool. Generating finished footage costs real money per clip, so we don't pretend it's free. Bring-your-own-key rendering is on the roadmap.
Does the PR agent contact journalists for me?
No. It writes the materials — a newsworthy angle, a press release, a media pitch, the types of outlets to target and founder-story angles. You do the outreach. Any tool claiming to guarantee coverage or handing you a list of journalist emails is either making them up or selling you a stale database. We won't do either.
Is the Measurement agent connected to my analytics?
Not yet. It gives you an honest measurement plan: the north-star metric for your goal, the KPIs that matter, where to find each one, and what a healthy trend looks like. It never shows numbers it doesn't have. Connecting real data sources (Google Analytics, platform APIs) is a future integration.
Publishing & automation
Can I schedule social posts?
Yes. Every social post the agent writes can be scheduled to a date and time, and you get a calendar view of everything queued across platforms.
Can VEUGA post to my social accounts automatically?
Yes, and it's free. You connect a free automation account (Make.com or n8n) once — about five minutes with a pre-built template we give you — and VEUGA hands each scheduled post to it at the right time. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Discord are supported. Reddit and Quora are written for you but published manually — Reddit bans automated promotion, and Quora has no posting API.
Why does auto-posting need a separate account?
Because it keeps you safe and it keeps it free. Your social login stays inside your own automation account — VEUGA never stores your social passwords or tokens. It also means we don't pass posting costs on to you.
What are the catches with auto-posting?
Honest ones: the free automation tier checks every ~15 minutes, so a 9:00 post may go out by 9:15. X requires a developer API plan on their side for posting. Instagram only allows automated posting to Business or Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page — that's Instagram's rule, not ours. TikTok isn't supported yet.
Can I send the email sequences from VEUGA?
Not yet — the Email agent writes the sequence (subject lines, preview text, body copy, CTAs), ready to paste into whatever you send with. Wiring it directly into your own sending provider is a planned addition.
Working with VEUGA
What happens after the first run? Why is this a subscription?
Because the CMO comes back. About a month after a run, VEUGA offers a re-plan — and it isn't a fresh start. The CMO reviews what it asked you to do, what you actually published, and, if you've connected your analytics, what that achieved. Then it adjusts: what to double down on, and what to stop doing entirely. That ongoing loop is the difference between a content generator and a marketing function.
What exactly does a re-plan look at?
Three things: the plan it originally gave you, your real execution (how many posts were scheduled, how many actually went out, what was generated and never used), and your performance data if you've connected Google Search Console or Analytics. It will tell you plainly if twelve posts were written and three went out — and if it can't see results because nothing is connected, it says so rather than guessing. A re-plan uses one run, like any other.
Can I run VEUGA for more than one brand?
Yes. Workspaces let you keep separate brands or products completely apart — each with its own runs, content, social posts and assets. Switch between them from the sidebar.
Can I edit what the agents produce?
Yes, everything. Every asset is editable in place, and you can copy any of it out. VEUGA gives you a strong first draft with the strategy already thought through — you keep final say.
What if a run fails?
It tells you why, in plain language — a bad URL, a site that blocks automated reading, or a plan limit reached. No silent failures, no bare error codes.
Why couldn't VEUGA read my site?
Some sites block automated access, sit behind a login, or are down when we look. Try a public URL. If your site is heavily JavaScript-based, VEUGA may see less than a human would — that's a genuine limitation, not something we hide.
Honesty & quality
Will it invent traffic numbers or fake results?
No. This is a hard line for us. VEUGA never fabricates metrics, traffic estimates, customer counts or testimonials. Where a real figure belongs, you get a clearly-marked placeholder to fill in yourself. Any AI tool confidently quoting your conversion rate without access to your data is making it up.
Are the outputs accurate?
The strategy and assets are strong, but they're a first draft from an AI reading your public site — not a substitute for your own judgement about your business. Review before you publish. If the agents are missing context, it's usually because your site doesn't state it.
Why does VEUGA tell me what it can't do?
Because the alternative is lying to you. Plenty of tools promise auto-generated video, guaranteed press coverage and real-time analytics they don't have. We'd rather you know exactly where the line is, so you trust what's on the other side of it.
Plans & limits
Is there a free option?
Yes. You can run VEUGA free — a set number of full runs each month, resetting monthly. Every agent is included; nothing is held back on the free tier.
How many runs do I get?
The free plan includes 5 full runs per calendar month. Each run puts all nine agents to work on one URL. Your usage is shown in the dashboard so there are no surprises.
What happens when I hit my limit?
VEUGA tells you clearly and your runs reset at the start of the next month. Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees, and your generated assets remain yours.
Data & security
What data do you collect?
The URL you submit, the assets generated for you, and your account details. That's what's needed to run the product.
Is my data secure?
Your runs and assets are private to your account, enforced at the database level — not just hidden in the interface. If you connect auto-posting, your social credentials live in your own automation account and never touch VEUGA.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
Do you use my content to train models?
No. Your business content and generated assets are yours.
