Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid VEUGA plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. We don't automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a period unless required by law.

Refunds

If something goes wrong — for example, you were charged in error or the Service was unavailable for an extended period — contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your request in good faith. Where we agree a refund is appropriate, we'll return it to your original payment method.

Free tier

Our free tier involves no charge and therefore no refund. It's there so you can evaluate VEUGA before paying.

Early-access pricing

Prices during early access are estimates and may change before general availability. Waitlist and early members keep their agreed launch rate as described at sign-up.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
