Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

Last updated: . This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with VEUGA, operated by Maukx LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination of your account.

1. The principle

VEUGA generates marketing at scale. That makes it genuinely useful — and it makes it easy to misuse. The principle is simple: use VEUGA to market something real, honestly. Do not use it to deceive, spam, harm, or break the law.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service — or anything it produces — to:

Break the law

Deceive

Harm

Spam

Attack or abuse the Service

Misuse other people's data

3. Honesty in marketing

This is worth stating separately, because it is the point of the product.

VEUGA is deliberately built not to fabricate — it will not invent your traffic numbers, your customer counts, your testimonials, or journalists' contact details. We ask you to hold the same line. If you publish something VEUGA wrote, you are the publisher: the claims are yours, and you are responsible for their truth.

Review before you publish. Replace every placeholder with something real. Do not let scale become an excuse for carelessness.

4. Your responsibility for output

5. Enforcement

If we believe you are breaching this AUP we may, depending on severity and at our discretion:

For serious breaches — such as content sexualising minors, fraud, or attacks on our infrastructure — we will act immediately and without notice. Accounts terminated for breach are not refunded (see our Refund Policy).

Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why we acted, and you may respond to [email protected].

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing VEUGA, or that content produced with it violates this policy, tell us at [email protected]. Include as much detail as you can — links, screenshots, and what you believe the issue is. We take reports seriously and will investigate.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves and as new forms of misuse emerge. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
